🛍️ How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.


✏️ Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, it begins processing quickly. We may not be able to cancel or change it, but feel free to email blinkednbeautyllc@gmail.com immediately—we’ll do our best to assist if your order hasn’t shipped yet.


📍 Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! We offer free local pickup in East Orange, NJ. When your order is ready, you’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and location details. Please wait until you receive the "Ready for Pickup" email before arriving.


🚚 How long does shipping take?

Estimated shipping times:

  • Standard (USA): 3–7 business days

  • Express (USA): 1–3 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

Please note: shipping times do not include the 1–3 day order processing period.


📦 My package says “Delivered” but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

Start by checking around your property, mailbox, or with neighbors. Also check with your local post office. If it’s still missing, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. Unfortunately, Blinked n Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered.”


🔁 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless you received a damaged or incorrect item.

 

📷 What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Email us at blinkednbeautyllc@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item. If approved, we’ll ship you a replacement at no extra cost.


👁 Are your products safe for sensitive eyes?

Our products are professional-grade and designed for licensed lash artists. While many of our customers have great experiences, we always recommend a patch test before full use, especially for adhesives.


🏠 Can I use your lash glue on myself at home?

No. Our lash adhesives are intended for professional use only. Using them without training may lead to serious irritation, allergic reactions, or injury. Always trust a certified lash tech for application.


📲 How do I unsubscribe from emails or texts?

  • Email: Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email.

  • SMS: Reply “STOP” to any of our messages to opt out.
